Cases of word usage

1) a bar going across, e.g. joining the two posts of a goal in football etc or the front and back parts of a bicycle (crossbar)

2) a game played by two teams of eleven players who kick a round ball (a football) into goals at each end of the field (a football pitch) (football)

3) a field for games such as football and cricket (playing-field)

4) to play (e.g. a record, football match) again (replay)

5) (of) the political group, party etc having (more) conservative views; (of) (the position of) a player on the right edge of a football or other sports field (right wing)

6) an event (a football match, concert etc) for which all tickets have been sold; a betrayal (sell-out)

7) a captain, especially of a small merchant ship or fishing-boat; a captain of a team in games such as a football and cricket (skipper)
