Cases of word usage

1) an official order that something must not be done (ban)

2) to call (a person) by a movement of the hand or arm e.g. to show that he or she must come nearer or follow (beckon)

3) an agreement that a person must keep to, especially one that has force in law; the document containing such an agreement (bond)

4) that must be done (compulsory)

5) a statement that must be true because an earlier and related statement is true (corollary)

6) a period (under martial law) when people must stay indoors (curfew)

7) a payments which must be, but has not yet been, paid to a person (debt)

8) the two on playing-cards or dice; (tennis) the score of 40 each after which either side must gain two successive points to win the set (deuce)

9) a person who must work hard and long at unpleasant or uninteresting task (drudge)

10) on which customs duties must be paid (dutiable)
