Cases of word usage

1) a place in a criminal court for the prisoner; a place in a harbour, river etc where ships are (un)loaded or repaired (dock)

2) criminal (the usual word) (felonious)

3) (an act of) criminal dishonesty; a person who pretends to be qualified, to have authority or to want to be kind, but who is or does not (fraud)

4) a wooden framework on which to kill a criminal by hanging (gallows)

5) a dangerous criminal (hoodlum)

6) a (shade of) colour; a general cry of alarm as when criminal is being chased or to express opposition (hue)

7) (something given) in return for work or services, the returning of lost or stolen property, the capture of a criminal etc (reward)
