3) to examine and make a careful comparison between (manuscripts, books etc) (collate)

4) careful consideration and discussion (deliberation)

5) careful in using money, time, supplies etc (economical)

6) careful thought or planning for the future (forethought)

7) to form an opinion, give an answer, make a statement about (something) that is not based on very careful thought, calculation or definite knowledge (guess)

8) very small; giving small details; careful and exact; the sixtieth part of one hour; to make a record of (a decision, agreement etc) (minute)

9) the careful way in which things are placed in relation to one another; a request to supply goods; a written instruction (especially to a bank or post office) to pay money, or giving authority (order)

10) ungenerous; too careful with money (parsimonious)
