Cases of word usage

1) the use of (especially) a pronoun to avoid repetition of a noun or phrase e.g. 'it' in 'I found a cheap camera and I bought it' (anaphora)

2) an opening especially one that admits light into a camera (aperture)

3) a meeting-point of rays of light, heat etc; a point, distance, where the sharpest outline is given (to the eye, through a telescope, through a lens on a camera etc) (focus)

4) a picture made by means of a camera (photograph)

5) take a picture with a camera (photoing)

6) a movable cover for a window, used to keep out light; the device that opens to admit light through the lens of a camera (shutter)

7) a photograph taken quickly with a simple camera (snapshot)

8) an apparatus that increases the ability of a camera to make distant objects larger (telephoto lens)

9) a three-legged support, e.g. for a camera (tripod)

10) a system in a camera that allows a wide area to be photographed (wide-angle lens)
